RULOU Online Consultancy is currently offering Online Courses & Summits. The online courses are easily accessible for everyone who understands English and has the desire to grow and change their life. Whether it is privately or professionally. Have you always dreamed of starting your own business? The business leadership videos will for sure provide you with information and the courage to start your journey. I created the online courses for a few reasons.
I have gained a lot of knowledge over the years and used to organize many workshops. These days I am mostly very busy here in Suriname with consultancy work and organizing larger leadership training sessions.
There are a lot of people following my work, who want to learn and grow but cannot afford my training or masterclasses or just don’t have the time to attend. This is where my idea to create affordable, accessible, online courses came from. All of my “old” knowledge, workshops, and masterclasses are now available to anyone who is interested in a reasonable price. RULOU Online Consultancy brings its expertise and knowledge to you!

To keep the UBUNTU spirit alive and to teach more and more people about the UBUNTU values and way of life RULOU Online Consultancy will offer UBUNTU talks, UBUNTU in practice seminar, and next year of course the yearly UBUNTU Leadership 1-day Summit.
Our first UBUNTU Talk will be with the amazing Zoya Mabuto From Johannesburg, South Africa. South Africa is the heart of the UBUNTU Philosophy. UBUNTU still lives in the many villages and communities in this beautiful and diverse country.
Zoya is the Founder and Managing Director of ZoyaSpeaks – an African centered brand that delivers impact by increasing confidence and leadership skills through public speaking.
She is a Professional Speaker, Public Speaking Coach, and Facilitator in the Public Speaking and Leadership Development space. She is a two-time Southern African Public Speaking Champion who has represented Sub-Saharan Africa at the World Championships of Public Speaking.
She has a TED talk titled “Using tradition to renegotiate our African identity” and has hosted independent TEDx Women events in Johannesburg. She is the first convenor of World Speech Day Johannesburg (2017) and is a member of Toastmasters International and TED. She is part of the Duke Corporate Education Facilitator Network and has facilitated Presentation Mastery and Leadership Development programs across multiple industries working with all levels of management within organizations.
She has a passion to see people grow and develop. Most of all, she is committed to assisting women to own the power of their Leadership voice as they take their rightful place in a world desperately needing to take female leaders more seriously.

Zoya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Drama from Rhodes University, a certificate from the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (TMALI), completed the Nexus Leadership course with the Gordon Institute of Business (GIBS), and is a Worldview Level 1 accredited facilitator of ‘Purposeful Teams.
